Located in a residential neighborhood - 10 minutes from Anse Figuier Beach and Les Salines Beach, and 10 minutes from the town centers of Le Marin and Sainte-Anne - this beautiful, tastefully decorated Creole villa offers 160 m² of living space set in a fully enclosed, private 800 m² garden, filled with flowers and trees. It is ideal for stays with family or friends.
Every detail has been considered to ensure a convenient and pleasant stay in this well-maintained home.
Highly functional and well-ventilated, the three spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms all open onto the pool area: two bedrooms feature 160 cm beds (Queen size) and private bathrooms (each with a walk-in shower and toilet), while the third bedroom has a 140 cm bed (double bed) and a private bathroom (with walk-in shower and toilet), opening onto the pool and also featuring a small private terrace.
The villa includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living room with a large TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi.
Washing machine and carport included.
Terrace featuring a dining table, sun loungers, and outdoor seating area.
Private swimming pool.
Cleaning fee: €150 (not included in the rental price); to be paid directly to the housekeeper on-site upon handover of the keys.
