A family home built by the owners' grandmother, the villa exudes character. Fully renovated in 2022 in a Creole-chic style, it has withstood the test of time while maintaining its irresistible charm. The owners aimed to make the villa a charming haven combining beauty, comfort, and privacy. Mission accomplished: the family home is now divided into 3 independent units that coexist harmoniously and invite you to the sweet life. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen, a living room with TV, a terrace, and a swimming pool.

On the ground floor, you will find the Seahorse unit. It houses two bedrooms: one double and one twin, sharing a shower room. Also on the ground floor, you will find the Starfish unit, with three bedrooms with private shower room. Finally, comfortably nestled upstairs is the Corail unit, equipped with two bedrooms with private shower room.

The villa enjoys a prime location: you are only a few minutes' walk from the charming village of Sainte-Anne and the beautiful Pointe Marin beach, a fine sandy beach lined with coconut trees and calm, crystal-clear waters.

excellent logement, tout est fonctionnel et très bien aménagé, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de très bonnes qualité. La cuisine aménagée est très bien équipés, tant niveaux électroménager qu'ustensiles. On a l'impression d'être chez soi si je devais trouver quelque chose, je dirai que le canapé et les deux fauteuils sont un peu durs, mais cela reste du détail

tous était parfait cette maison est magnifique et idéalement placé , un grand merci à Nathalie qui nous a était de bon conseil et toujours à l'écoute au besoin peut être un peu le canapé de la maison pas très confortable pour le peu de temps passer dessus mais c'est juste un détail

Wohlfühloase in der Karibik

Gute Lage auf einer Anhöhe, dadurch angenehm kühl. Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit geschmackvoller karibischer Deko. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Strände und Restaurants in Gehentfernung. Eine Beleuchtung oberhalb des Cerankochfelds wäre wünschenswert.

La maison est fantastique Tout est neuf, propre et d’une qualité irréprochable L’emplacement est top, à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage Pointe Marin qui a été pour nous une des plus belles de la Martinique Le pré au bout du jardin avec les vaches qui nous rendent visite est un petit très apprécié ! Nathalie la manager de la maison a été d’une extrême gentillesse, très accueillante et flexible Laura la directrice très à l’écoute, et facile à joindre. Avec 2 bébés, nous avons pu avoir 2 lits parapluie ainsi que 2 chaises hautes Le filet autour de la piscine très pratique également Aucun point négatif

We had a wonderful stay in Saint-Anne

We had a wonderful stay in Saint-Anne. Even though the villa is a divided building (into three rental apartments), the place felt very private and you barely notice the other tenants. The pool is an added bonus. Note that it’s only in the sun during the morning but shaded for the rest of the day due to the orientation of the building. That being said, it serves as a wonderful cool down on those hot afternoons. Nathalie, the building manager, was extremely friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to inquiries. She made us feel comfortable right from the start. Saint-Anne beach is close-by (5 min walk) but you’ll need a rental car to make the most of your stay and explore the beauty the area has to offer. The villa is well stocked with most of the essentials to get you started but you’ll require a trip to the grocery store to grab some other necessities (garbage bags, toilet paper, aluminum foil, cooking oil, laundry detergent, etc). The beds are comfortable.
