Carefully restored by its owners, this independent 19th century farmhouse is located on the edge of a village in the Loire gorges. You will enjoy a large enclosed courtyard (200 m²) with a south-facing terrace (25 m²) as well as a large covered area (50 m²), ideal for relaxation in bad weather or hot weather.

Nearby: Loire gorges and festival of old mechanics in July on site, Aqua-passion center in Lavoûte-sur-Loire (4.5 km), St-Paulien 13 km (aquafun center, St-Georges church, Château de la Rochelambert...), Le Puy-en-Velay and its listed heritage 17 km away (cathedral, Notre Dame de France statue, St-Michel rock...). The entrance to the gîte is on the ground floor via a large living room-kitchen (TV), separate toilet, laundry room-boiler room.

On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds are spacious and pleasantly decorated, bathroom, separate wc.

For your comfort, electricity and heating charges are included in the rates.

For short stays during cold weather, a supplement for heating will be requested.
