Outbuilding close to nature

Air-conditioned outbuilding in the middle of vineyards and forests with a kitchenette with hot drinks available, close to many places to visit (Château de Duras, Bergerac, Saint Emilion, etc.)
Independent access to the accommodation with parking, outdoor terrace, barbecue and jacuzzi (see conditions of use under the heading: Other information to note).
Access to the mezzanine is via a miller's ladder.

Pets accepted under conditions

Fenced land.

The jacuzzi is accessible from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. in summer and two one-hour slots or two consecutive hours to be defined jointly in the other seasons of the year except for the period from mid-January to mid-April when it is closed.
