With a surface area of 92 m² spread over two levels, this cottage combines generous proportions with thoughtfully designed amenities for everyone's comfort. The ground floor opens onto a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming lounge area, leading to an accessible bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and an en-suite shower room with toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms offer peaceful nights: one with a double bed (140 cm) and an en-suite shower room, and the other with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). A mezzanine provides additional sleeping space. Two showers, three toilets, a wood pellet boiler, complete baby equipment, Wi-Fi, and modern appliances ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. The private 20 m² terrace and the adjoining 200 m² garden naturally extend the living spaces outdoors. Here, each day begins with the soft light on the countryside and unfolds along hiking trails, bike rides, or relaxing moments in the garden. The Pays d’Urfé reveals its rolling landscapes, charming villages, and iconic sites such as the Château d’Urfé and the Forez mountain ridges. In winter, Nordic activities at the Col de la Loge offer another way to experience the mountains, while local cuisine and regional products punctuate your stay with simple and genuine pleasures. This holiday home, certified as an Ecogîte, is fully committed to an environmentally conscious approach, with wooden floors and partitions, and lime-hemp plaster for a healthy interior.
