Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with a bath). We’re just waiting for you!

The flat is laid out as follows:
- A 28 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a dining area.
– A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and access to the balcony with sea views.
– A bathroom with a bath.
- A separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A heated, shared infinity pool, secured by barriers. It is open from April to October.
– A south-facing balcony of 40 m², with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
