It features a comfortable living room with a pull-out bed that can accommodate 2 people, measuring 2 x 90 cm and 190 cm in length. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a fan. Additionally, there is an exit leading to the terrace. The apartment has one room with a french bed measuring 1 x 140 cm and 190 cm in length.

The kitchenette is well-equipped with a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine (extra cost). The apartment also has a bathroom and a separate toilet. The 9 square meter terrace offers a south-facing and west-facing position, providing views of the sea, the garden, and the golf course.
