Laikas Chalet

  • Located in a lovely housing development, at the end of a dead-end street and with a large parking lot for 5 cars in front of the house, the chalet has a capacity of 6 people (3 bedrooms for 2 people) and its facilities are recent.

    In the living room, a large bay window offers a panoramic view of the peaks of the Chapeau de Gendarme, the Brecs and the Pain de Sucre. The living room is also equipped with a traditional Alsatian stove to enjoy a beautiful blaze on winter evenings.

    For the winter season: the ski resorts are 10 minutes away by shuttle bus or car (Le Sauze/Super Sauze and Pra Loup). 30 minutes away there is the family ski resort of Sainte Anne and 45 minutes away, the resort of Vars.

    For the summer season: multiple hiking trails start from the chalet. And superb hikes of all levels (GR too) are a stone's throw away by car.

Perfecte accommodatie, erg netjes, schoon en alles aanwezig.Goede communicatie met de eigenaar.Eén minpunt; de woning wordt aangeboden mét garage. Echter bleek bij aankomst dat de garage privé is en niet mag worden gebruikt.Voor ons was dat een teleurstelling omdat wij deze woning juist hadden gekozen vanwege de aanwezigheid van een garage voor het binnen kunnen stallen van onze motoren.

Geweldig fijn vakantiehuis met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen.

Met onze fietsvrienden groep een geweldige week gehad. Prachtig vakantiehuis met een geweldig uitzicht op de mail indrukwekkende bergen. Gastheer Laurence is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader!

Belle maison avec magnifique vue

Belle maison à deux pas de Barcelonette. Vue magnifique, deux terrasses permettant de manger à l'ombre malgré la canicule, quartier très calme, aucun bruit. Maison bien décorée et très fonctionnelle. Juste, attention aux escaliers avec des enfants en bas âge. Nous recommandons vivement !
