Small renovated house in the Terre Sainte district. Less than 15 minutes walk from the small beach of Terre Sainte. Less than 10 minutes on foot: bakery, hairdresser, mini-market. Less than 10 minutes by car from the city center and Saint Pierre beach (restaurants, bars). This house is composed of two air-conditioned bedrooms (140/190 bed and 160/200 bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a veranda overlooking the pool, a sofa double bed.
