Quiet gîte in an old farmhouse between the sea and the countryside

Located in an old farmhouse at the gates of Saint Pierre Eglise and 4 kilometers from the sea, this old bread oven has been completely refurbished with traditional materials in an authentic and warm style.

The location: Nestled in a green setting on the edge of the farmhouse, the house is accessible by an independent path. You can reach it by car and enjoy a parking space with an electric charging station (for a fee). For more tranquility during your stay, you can choose to park your vehicles in the private parking lot at the entrance to the property. The private space around the house is completed by a 2-hectare wooded park with free access.

The gîte: The surface area of approximately 120 m2 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, ideally 4 adults and 4 children, thanks to 2 double bedrooms and a large mezzanine with 4 modular beds. On request, it is possible to add a baby cot and accommodate 2 additional people (additional nights: €25 per person) in a sofa bed.
On the garden level, enjoy a pleasant living room (2 outdoor accesses) composed of a convivial dining area with a 2-metre table (up to 3 metres with extensions) and old water stone, as well as a comfortable lounge area with sofas, armchair and wood stove (in service from September to May).
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped (fridge with freezer, kitchen with electric oven and grill, 1 electric and 3 gas burners) with direct access to the outside.
The bedroom on the first floor is equipped with a 140x190 bed and also has direct access to the outside.
The laundry room with washing machine and microwave leads to a separate toilet, as well as a bathroom with 140x80 shower, washbasin and toilet).
Upstairs, the large mezzanine overlooks the living room and offers a modular space with 4 beds of 90x190 stackable or twinned. It can be blacked out thanks to a large curtain.
A second space is equipped with a 140x190 sofa bed.
The bedroom is accessible from the mezzanine. It is spacious and comfortable with a 160x200 bed, a washbasin and a freestanding bathtub.
An 18-square-metre covered and illuminated terrace allows you to enjoy meals under cover.
