Gite upstairs (garage on the ground floor) with a garden of leisure (600 m²) in the rear with flowers and trees, a large sunny terrace and partly covered. The cottage is located on the edge of the departmental route D81 (Albi-Lacaune), little transient and popular with touring cyclists, alternating passages undergrowth, pretty sides and rapid descents. Table tennis, carport. Great room living with open kitchen, three bedrooms, shower room, wc. Auxiliary heating, fireplace insert. Possibilitelocation sheets and towels, end cleaning service to stay. Roomy and recently set up gîte, in a hamlet situated fully in the Sidobre area countryside, near the St-Pierre-de-Trivisy leisure park (aquatic activities, hikings, etc..). Bed linen, towels & house line renting, cleaning service. Price all charges included.
