Located less than an hour from Quebec City and 45 minutes from Montmagny, this peaceful retreat offers both tranquility and adventure.



    Ideal for up to 4 guests, this condo includes:

    -One bedroom with a Queen bed

    -A shared space with a sofa bed

    -A fully equipped kitchen (fondue pot included)

    -One bathroom

    -Washer and dryer

    -Propane fireplace

    -Cable TV and internet access



    Outdoor amenities:

    Located on the garden level of a condo complex, Mont Blanc #B provides direct access to the wonders of the Parc régional du Massif du Sud. Enjoy winter activities such as cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or fat biking, and make the most of summer with hiking, treetop adventures, birdwatching, and even stream fishing.     RESTRICTIONS:

    -Minimum age for booking: 28 years

    -Minimum stay of 3 nights required during special periods: holiday season, spring break, Easter, national holidays, Labor Day, Thanksgiving

    -No arrivals on December 25 or January 1

Expérience extrêmement décevante au Chalet Mont-Blanc #B. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons constaté un manque important de propreté ainsi qu’un état général des lieux qui ne correspondait absolument pas à nos attentes. La toilette et le lavabo étaient sales, le mobilier et la décoration étaient très défraîchis, les coussins du divan étaient usés et sales, il n’y avait aucune chaise à l’extérieur malgré la présence d’une table, et l’environnement extérieur était négligé. À mon avis, le propriétaire devrait revoir les photos présentées sur les plateformes de réservation afin qu’elles reflètent davantage l’état réel de l’hébergement. Nous avons immédiatement communiqué avec le service à la clientèle et parlé à trois personnes, dont une directrice, afin de tenter de trouver une solution. Un autre hébergement a été recherché avec nous, mais aucune option n’était disponible. Devant l’état des lieux, nous avons finalement décidé de quitter le chalet et de chercher, à la dernière minute, un autre endroit où loger, dans un secteur où il y a très peu de réseau cellulaire et peu de choix d’hébergement. Ce qui devait être de belles vacances a donc très mal commencé. Nous avons par la suite demandé un remboursement mais cela semble très compliqué.

Super location à 5 minutes de marche du centre de ski et 5 minutes en auto du parc regional. Le logement était très propre.

Très belle propriété

A 3 min en voiture des pentes de ski du Massif ainsi que très belles vue sur les pentes de ski. Le SPA était très agréable après la journée de ski. Tout était tel que décrit sur le site
