「Normally, I would not give any hotel all 5 stars in every category. However, this hotel deserves more than 5 stars. If i could give this hotel 9 stars i would. The staff was amazing with EXCELLENT customer services. Mrs. Jackie (breakfast cleaning lady I believe that was her name) she was so sweet and funny. The breakfast was amazing and good. 」
「We had a nice stay here for the second time. It is right in the heart of the city and there is plenty of dining in walking distance. The two gentlemen at the desk and valet were very helpful and cordial. The complimentary breakfast is really perfect with healthy options.」
「I arrived around 9 pm hoping to get into bed without delay. Unfortunately the room they gave me was not cleaned to my surprise. I had to go back to the reception and it was ok the second time around.
When I went to open the curtains in the morning, I stepped into the wet carpet around the AC unit.
Otherwise the room is comfortable, clean and has everything you need to longer stay.」
「Overall enjoyed my short stay here, the room was cool for sleeping in a cozy bed and the shower was hot, I had everything I needed including a refrigerator. Staff at the front was friendly, had a limited selection for breakfast, but it included coffee; sugar and 2% milk so I was happy.」
