「Great location!」

「I liked how small and intimate the property was. I did expect more from the restaurant and bar. There were some cleanliness issues with our room but they were immediately resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The staff was very nice.. shout out to Lovely. She was super sweet!」

「Cute room!」

「The entire hotel had no hot water for two days any no information was shared with the guests. Room cleaning was appalling, didn’t clean our room on day 1 of our stay. Never refilled the tissues in the toilet, never restocked our face towels. Breakfast area was small considering the number of guest capacity. Overall I would say it was okay.

「Room key with passcode is nice because travelers would not bring anything except personnel belongings, I think.」

「Quarto limpo, pouca claridade. Funcionários, uns muito bons. Outros deixaram a desejar, pouca disposição para dar informações.」
