Ty Jamamo - A 500m de la plage
In Saint-Nic, less than 500 meters from the beach, we offer you this charming 105 m² house which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It features an attractive 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
Second floor:
- 40 m² living room with TV, dining area and sitting area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower and bath
First floor:
- Bedrooms 1 and 2: One double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- Separate WC
- Bathroom with shower and bath
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 300 m² unfenced garden with two deckchairs
- A south-facing terrace of approx. 10 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Nic, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Longe Côte
