"We chose this spot as it was located centrally across from the famous Cheateau de Vizille and close to the local cafés. The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. "Spotless room lovely lady at front desk , great parking, location superb . Nice brekkie . Just a shame people decided to smoke on the balcony first thing in the morning in the next room ruining the gorgeous fresh air . Not the hotel’s fault ….views were amazing from the room. Would Stay again …..lovely bar also with a view "

"We stayed for a week and were very impressed after reading some, not so good earlier reviews, however all became clear as this hotel is now under new ownership. Hotel is on the main strip and only a 5 minute walk to Jandri lift, rooms were clean, comfy bed nice bathroom good choice for breakfast and has a sauna and hot tub as a nice little bonus after a day on the slopes. Staff/ owners were really friendly and explained to us they had recently taken over the running of the hotel having made lots of changes and improvements, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend "

"Lovely room, great amenities, team were great. A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control.
