"Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. We initially had a booking mix up (due to 3rd party site) and the front desk staff were helpful in providing another room for our stay. It was our anniversary and they left us a lovely surprise in our room that we enjoyed and made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast options were delicious. Our wrap around balcony was delightful and provided a beautiful view. "

My stay at the Hyatt Regency Paris Etoile was good overall. The room was small but very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. However, the bathroom was also compact and lacked a rain shower, which I had hoped for. Occasionally, I could hear noise from the neighboring room, which affected the quietness of the stay. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was pleasant."
