The 3,600 m² property is located near the Pic St Loup vineyard: - 20 minutes north of Montpellier, - 45 minutes from the beaches and the Cévennes, - in Saint Mathieu de Tréviers, in a quiet area on the edge of the village with a beautiful view.



The wellness area includes: - an exceptional 25 x 3 m lap pool, heated in mid-season, - a 5 x 5 m relaxation pool with submerged beach, - a real 4-person spa, including one reclining seat.



You will enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a pétanque court, private parking for 7 cars, and 2 reinforced sockets for electric vehicles or bikes.



The 240 m² house consists of spacious rooms: - a 60 m² living-dining room, which can be used as a meeting room. Fiber connection, Wi-Fi, and a very large TV screen. Breakfast and meals can be served for an extra fee. - Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with table for 15 people, - WC at the entrance, - 6 bedrooms offering 15 high-quality beds, all separable: 180 x 200 or 90 x 200 cm.



Room distribution: 1) Upstairs, 25 m²: 1 double bed, 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom. 2) Ground floor, 16 m²: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room. 3) Converted basement, 16 m²: 1 double bed. 4) Walk-through room, 17 m²: 1 double bed, 1 single bed. 5) In the annex, 12 m²: 1 double bed, en-suite shower room. 6) In the annex, 17 m²: 1 double bed.



Beds are made before your arrival and one bath towel per person is provided. Utility fees and final cleaning are included.



Smoking inside is prohibited. Due to the proximity of neighbors (40 m), noise outside is not allowed, especially after 10 pm.



Your host welcomes you in person in English, German, or French. The gite is currently rated 1 star, with a 3-star classification planned for early 2026.
