「I had no hot water from the time we arrived until the time we left. I kept contacting the staff and got one response saying it would be fixed and nothing ever changed. The owner finally stood outside my room on Sunday and said he would refund me half and would have the hot water fixed but then the power went out around midnight and didn’t come back on until Monday at 6:19am and not a single word from the staff.
