The accommodation consists to the left of the entrance of a kitchen with its dining area composed of a half-moon table and its two chairs opening onto a balcony equipped with 2 folding chairs and a small table, the fitted kitchen is equipped with a sink, induction hobs under hood, a fridge with freezer compartment, a mini oven and a washing machine, a nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster complete the whole. (dish towels and hand towels provided)
To the right is the living room and bedroom area with its 140x200cm sofa bed, an armchair, 3 pull-out coffee tables, a flat screen TV on a small bookcase with internet box, decoder, a dresser, a cupboard with wardrobe and shelves.
A bathroom with a large shower, a washbasin on a cabinet and a suspended mirror cabinet. (bed linen and towels provided)
Separate toilet.
A complete and detailed inventory, as well as the instructions for use of the appliances, will be at your disposal when you enter the premises.
An inventory of fixtures is made before your arrival, however if you notice that an appliance does not work, you have 48 hours to report it to us, because not all appliances can be tested between two tenants.
OUR PRICES INCLUDE:
The rental of the apartment, the consumption of water and electricity, the supply of duvets and pillows, (the rental of bed linen, towels and kitchen linen, cleaning fees 30€ and laundry 20€ for a total of 50€, internet access as well as tourist taxes collected on behalf of the municipality.
The laundry package (included in the price) covers the washing and ironing of bed linen, 1 hand towel, 1 dish towel, 2 large towels, a small towel, a bath mat.
NOT INCLUDED:
AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF €6/DAY FOR HEATING FROM 15 October to 30 April.

COVID 19 SPECIAL
We are doing everything we can to protect the people we host in normal times, and we will be extra vigilant as long as the virus is rampant.
In our all-weather rental, the linen is washed at 60°C, the refrigerator, the kitchen worktop, the bathroom, the toilets are disinfected. We also clean door handles, switches, remote controls, etc. This protocol will be reinforced for as long as it takes.

The Thermes district, a legacy of the period of the great seaside towns of the 19th century, extends along the Sillon beach and the dike of the same name which connects the tip of Rochebonne to the old town of Saint Malo for 3 km and offers a pleasant walk. Quieter than the latter, the district offers a wide choice of food shops such as: the famous cheese maker Bordier, the chocolate and pastry chef Gaël Redouté, the bakery and pastry shop Malécot, the Maison Warin wine shop and caterer, all known for their excellence. The Carrefour-market completes this proposal for the common public. You will find a doctor's office 100m from the apartment and a pharmacy just a little further away, 300m away.
