Il comporte 3 appartements indépendants sur 3 niveaux pouvant se louer ensemble selon la taille de votre tribu et passer des moments inoubliables en famille ou entre amis.
Le gîte « Comfort» occupe le niveau du rez-de-chaussée.

Le logement
Hygge (à prononcer « hou-ga »), est le mot danois qui signifie confort, convivialité, simplicité et bien-être. Ce « hygge » que l’on éprouve emmitouflé dans une couverture quand il neige dehors, quand vous discutez entre amis autour du feu de cheminée, quand vous dégustez un bon repas en famille avec la montagne en toile de fond, Marisa et Jean-François ont voulu l’insuffler dans la rénovation complète de ce chalet de bois et de pierres du Rioumajou des années 60, en le transforment en chalet de standing avec une ligne directrice : le confort en toute simplicité.
Situé à l’entrée du village dans le quartier non-passant de l’Espeyrias, à 700m de l’hyper-centre et 100m de la navette gratuite, il bénéficie d’une vue orientée sud-ouest et dégagée surplombant la station et la vallée sur un terrain de 800 m² avec des prestations exclusives.
L’appartement Comfort (capacité = 12 voyageurs)
Comfort (labellisé 5 diamants – note maximale – du label « Qualité Confort Hébergement » par l’Office du Tourisme et 4 étoiles du Ministère du Tourisme) accueille 12 voyageurs sur 95m² dans une ambiance chic & confortable. Par le biais d’un escalier intérieur, Comfort peut être relié à Cosy (voir l’annonce sur ce site), ajoutant 5 personnes à sa capacité.

Très bonne location, conforme au prix déjà conséquent

appartement très agréable, très bon contact et service avec Sandra en charge de l'accueil et du service. Très bon équipement pour cuisiner. A améliorer tout de même : 1 seul lit en 160 et 2 lits en 140 qui ne correspondent plus aux standards actuels. Un appareil à fondue aurait été apprécié, très jolie cheminée mais assez malcommode à utiliser
