Excellent easy stay

While this is an acknowledged basement apartment, the space, the cleanliness, the thoughtful additions, sitting area and bedrooms were all great. No complaints. Great communication from hosts. We’re thankful for our stay.

Stop over in St. John.

Very clean and comfortable. In the basement, so down a flight of stairs. Enjoyed the big screen tv and laundry was in the bathroom and super accessible.

We were in the basement, it was a nice place. However the people that are living in the house are very loud. We could hear people talking, stomping, kids running around. It was hard to get a good sleep.

Property was fine, had everything you needed other than pictures showed laundry detergent and there was none in the basement suite. The host was the rudest worst I’ve ever had to deal with i felt unsafe being here and would never stay again and would never recommend. Horrible customer service

Air conditioning did not work, fortunately it was cool. Property manager wasn't always promptly responsive. But overall, nice place to stay at a reasonable cost, good facilities and amenities, I would stay again.

Nice place...very clean

We just stayed here one night passing through Saint John. Saheed was nice enough to let us stay for one night. Very clean and comfortable. We didn't get there until after midnight, we had let them know we would be late, and all the lights were on waiting for us. No trouble getting in, instructions were great. I wish we had stayed longer to be able to give some better insight but was great for our needs. Looks like newly completed area so all looked really nice. There are stairs leading to the entrance so may be difficult for people with disabilities to access just as an fyi. Beds were comfy and shower was hot! Thank you for letting us stay and get a good night's sleep!

Host didn’t give entry details, didn’t respond to calls to get in, ended up finding a new space.

Total scam, house was not what was described. Lawn was a foot tall, didn’t get any keys or way to get into property. Host didn’t answer calls, contacted VRBO and they couldn’t find her either. VRBO initiated cancellation and rebate(still haven’t seen that money yet). Had to leave town and find a new place. Host then called and became angry and hung up on me stating she gave a different check in time then my email stated. Total scammer
