"They are a pet friendly hotel. The room I was in has dog poop on the floor in the corner by the bed. I don't have a dog. This was reported immediately and the recommendation was for me to move after already moving I to the room after driving 10 hours. I had already picked up the poop and flushed it. I then went to get the extra blanket and it had been wadded up and stuffed in the closet......used. I told them the manager needed to call me. She never called. I called from the road, she didn't answer. I called their corporate office and was told it would take a week for someone to reach out to me. So not stay at this property. Disgusting rooms and absent management and customer service."

"Room was clean. Good breakfast. Only downside. We got a call from front office stating we were walking too heavy. Complaints from room below. How the hell do you walk heavy. We were on the bed watching TV and in bed by 10:00. We are 70 years old. How do you walk heavy to disturb room below. Sounds like you need better insulation if it’s a problem. "
