Recent wooden frame house, with all the comforts to accommodate a family with young children.
The house has many advantages.
Located a few minutes from downtown Saint Jean de Luz and the beach.

1 large living space of 57 m2 with kitchen equipped with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and nespresso (capsule not provided).
1 parental suite of 35 m2 with 140 cm bed, private bathroom, dressing room.

1 bedroom with 140 cm bed with TV and DVD player.
1 children's room with 2 single beds.
1 mezzanine that can accommodate 2 people (trundle bed).

Perfect accommodations, easy walk to town and very flexible and wonderful hostess. We loved the garden area and the house had everything we needed for 2 adults, 5 kids.

Maison très bien placée et très fonctionnelle

Emplacement de la maison extra, 10 minutes à pieds de l’hypercentre. Des pistes cyclables autour pour parcourir saint jean de luz. Petit jardin très agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Marie Jo est très agrégeante et sympathique. Nous recommandons chaudement !

Très bon séjour

Très jolie maison bien organisée, parfaite pour un séjour à Saint-Jean-de-Luz. L'été, la ville bourdonne d'activité touristique et cela fait du bien de pouvoir rentrer dans ce lieu au calme et malgré tout très proche même à pieds. Dans la maison, tout le matériel est à disposition et on ne manque de rien. Il est très agréable aussi de communiquer avec Marie-Jo, qui est disponible, vraiment amicale et aidante. Je recommande sans réserve !

Séjour très agréable

Nous étions 4 adultes et nous avions chacun et chacune notre espace : couchage et 2 grandes salles de bain. La pièce à vivre est très agréable, très fonctionnelle. La terrasse est très bien située et à l'ombre, calme. La maison est bien située, à 20 min à pieds du coeur de St Jean de Luz et les principales routes sont accessibles rapidement. Marie Jo est très accueillante et très conciliante. On a passé une très belle semaine ; le temps est passé trop vite car même s'il n'a pas fait très beau, la maison est suffisamment agréable pour y rester à loisir.

Maison agréable à vivre idéale pour 6 personnes mais peut accepter 8 personnes

Maison bien placée; un peu à l'écart du bruit et des encombrements du centre ville mais assez proche pour marcher jusqu'à la grande plage (20 minutes). Il existe un bus (ligne 41) mais il ne passe qu'une fois par heure, autant marcher. En voiture: accès facile à la A63 et une large place pour se garer. Grande pièce à vivre avec télévision et deux canapés comfortables. Une grande table et une large qualité de couverts, on n'en manque jamais. 3 chambres pour 6 personnes, une au rez-de-chaussée et deux à l'étage. Les 2 derniers couchages sont dans la mezzanine et non dans une chambre séparée, cela pourrait gêner une personne au sommeil léger. Dans notre cas cela n'a pas posé de problème. Marie Jo nous a très gentiment accueilli et a toujours été à notre écoute durant le processus de réservation. Je recommande donc vivement cette location.

Bon emplacement à Saint Jean de Luz

Bon séjour, le centre et plage est accessible à pied. Environnement calme, avec commerces de 1ère nécessite en face. Seul bémol : proximité d’une canalisation d’eaux usées hs, la mairie devrait agir vite au lieu de laisser traîner !

Magnifique Maison pour le séjour à ST Jean de Luz Marie Joe vous confie sa maison avec une grande sympathie et un vrai sens de l’accueil. Belle pièce de vie. 2 salles de bain, 2 WC Une suite parentale isolé. Un peu de marche pour le centre ville (20min) mais possible à pied. Stationnement OK Voies d’accès proches. Extérieur calme. La maison est charmante et très bien située. Les espaces sont grands et, bien que nous étions 7, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l'étroit. Proche des commerces de premières nécessité, le tout à pieds dans Saint jean est possible mais pas avec des enfants en bas âge. Heureusement que le bus passe devant. Merci

Une maison très confortable pour les enfants.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable à Saint Jean de Luz. Nous étions 2 familles avec 5 enfants et nous avons été vraiment à l'aise dans cette maison, surtout les petits: un jardin clôturé avec une balançoire, une petite maison, plein de jouets.. Une pharmacie et une superette de l'autre côté de la rue et le centre ville a 5min en voiture et une quinzaine de min à pied. Merci Marie-Jo!

Très bien

Nous étions 2 couples avec 3 ados et nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Marie Jo . Spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien équipée, rien n a manqué à notre confort. L accueil à notre arrivée était très sympathique. La boulangerie et la supérette à proximité sont très pratiques. Possibilité d aller en centre ville et à la plage à pied. Très bon séjour

Une maison très familiale

Nous avons passé 10j dans la maison de Marie Jo. L’arrivée s’est très facilement faite et l’accueil chaleureux plein de charmantes attentions. L’environnement est calme et facilement accessible, nous avons tout fait à pied (15’ du centre). Nous recommandons cette location pour ceux qui veulent profiter de la région tout en restant au calme.

Maison de famille agréable

Nous étions 2 adultes et 6 enfants; tout le monde a trouvé la maison spacieuse et agréable. Bien située, à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville... et juste à côté d un boulangerie pour les adeptes du pain frais le matin et d une pizzeria ! Sans oublier la gentillesse et l accueil de Marie Jo. Ne manquer que le soleil...
