「Very clean room. Availability of frozen food in the lobby and microwave in the room was good especially when you arrive at hotel late at night.」

「Arrived and had no power. Did make notes that we had a wheelchair at time of booking. We had to sit and wait for manager but fortunately power was restored after about 30 mins ( had not spoken to manager during this time). Pool was very small and very overcrowded. Our boys did not use pool as they couldn't with the overcrowding.」

「The room was too small for the furniture and the door to the hallway from outside was propped open all night. Tiny shower stall. Things that worked: a/c, parking lot, bed. Things that didn't: television, bathroom door, basic layout.」

「A very quaint Hotel. It had a very nice "Castle" theme, which I have not seen in a regular Hotel like this. The room was spacious; the rate was reasonable. The breakfast area was very busy, but well stocked. It could have been a bit larger to handle all the guest having breakfast, but it seemed to work. In some of the stairways the carpet was stained, but the main hallways were well maintained and clean. The room was also clean and comfortable and in good shape. We would stay here again.」

「It looks like this motel may be under new ownership and it looks like they are working hard to renovate it. While our room has been well cleaned, there was visible mold in the bathroom and the bathroom floor sink when stepped on. The parking area desperately needed replacing and we were parking on broken concrete. Location was ok, but required. 5-10 minute drive to get to anything. It was a it off the main path and as such, very quiet. We appreciated the water bottles and treats in the room....

「Our room was clean, and cozy; the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We only stayed one night, but enjoyed our our stay nonetheless. Really appreciate that the hotel was pet friendly, it made our trip much easier as we were travelling with our large breed dog. Would definitely stay again, thank you Comfort Inn Edmunston!」
