Our peaceful Family House is ideally equipped with all modern comforts, an enclosed grounds, a children's play area and a pleasant garden!
Perfectly located, close to Vézénobres and Alès, but also to the magnificent ducal city of Uzès, Anduze and Nîmes.
1 hour drive away you can walk in the Cévennes or find yourself facing the sea!

With family or friends, you can discover our magnificent region and enjoy a beautiful serene holiday!

Our single-storey house is located in the heart of a quiet and pleasant village. It is fully air-conditioned and ideally designed with a "Living Space" including:
- the Open and fully equipped Kitchen (oven, coffee maker, induction hob, dishes, utensils, dishes, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, ice maker..)
- the Dining Room with a family table for 6 to 8 people
- Corner sofa
- TV
- Children's play areaPGJyPg�PGJyPgA beautiful and bright bay window opens directly from the living room onto the outdoor terrace and the garden.

"The sleeping area" is composed of:
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 160x200
- 1 bedroom with a double bed 140x200
- 1 children's bedroom with a double bed 140x200

- A bathroom with bath and shower, double sink unit
- a separate toilet

You will also have access to the laundry room with washing machine and detergent for your first machine at your disposal.

The sunny garden and pleasant, has a petanque court, a barbecue area and plancha!

From June you can cool off in our Swimming Pool (tubular H 1m20)!

Children will be able to enjoy a dedicated area, with swing, slide and sandbox, as well as various toys.

Cleaning is at your expense, you will find the necessary cleaning products on site. Possibility of a cleaning package at our expense at an additional cost.
