La ROSE DÉSIRÉE is a 50 m² loft with a mezzanine, recently restored in a building that once served as the village bakery. The property also includes a wheat mill, an old sawmill/carpentry workshop under restoration, a main house occupied year-round, and a small house that was once a stable, now also inhabited.
A charming riverside park awaits you for relaxation. Sun loungers and benches are available, and children can play on the swing set, build small dams, or enjoy the football field and ping-pong table.
The hamlet sits at the edge of a chestnut forest. Some trees belong to the estate, and you can collect chestnuts for your own use. Moulin de Lamy once housed a flour mill and sawmill powered by the stream.
This is the perfect place to recharge and enjoy nature. Activities include swimming, hiking, cycling, horse riding, tennis, and quad biking. Bicycles can be rented directly on site for an extra fee.
All guests are welcome, including the LGBTQ community. A welcome book is provided with tips, recommendations, and must-see sites such as Chauvet Cave, the Loire sources, Peaugres Safari, and more.
