La Minoterie is a restored 1870 watermill in the heart of a green valley in Normandy, [20] minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel. Ideal for groups of 14 to 20 people, with 5 bathrooms, two living floors each with their own kitchen and a whole floor of games such as air hockey, table tennis and table football. Grandparents sleep on the ground floor, children run around outside on one hectare by the river.

Christmas and New Year: precious moments together
Celebrate the holidays together at La Minoterie, with family or friends. The Christmas tree is already sparkling when you arrive. Together you prepare Christmas dinner in the two new kitchens, then linger at the table and chat by the fire. And on New Year's Eve you count down to the new year together.

Together, with room for everyone
Two living floors, each with its own kitchen, sitting area with open fireplace and long tree-trunk table. The whole group can eat together, or each family can enjoy a quiet moment of its own. The spacious layout makes it easy to retreat to a sitting area or your own bedroom. On the large terrace at the entrance, with a Weber barbecue, you all eat outside and linger at the table.

Play, indoors and out
The lower floor is a bright games floor with windows: air hockey, table tennis, table football, darts and Dutch shuffleboard (sjoelen). Perfect for rainy days and long winter evenings, where children and adults challenge each other. Outside, on one hectare, there is room to run around, play in the river, bounce on the trampoline, and play football, volleyball or pétanque. And gathering wood for a campfire is all part of the fun.

Each of La Minoterie's 5 floors is over 110 m².

Ground floor (0): apartment, sleeps 4
Behind the spacious hall is a lovely apartment with no stairs. The modern, cosy living room has two large sofas around the open fireplace and satellite TV. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped: gas cooker with oven, large freestanding fridge with freezer drawers, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you need. You dine at the long tree-trunk table. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds and a separate bathroom with shower.

Upper floor (+1): sleeps 2
This characterful floor with its old beams is spacious and light, with room for the whole group. The generous lounge has modern, comfortable sofas around the open fireplace, satellite TV, a lounge area and a cosy corner for reading or games. The spacious open kitchen has a large gas cooker with oven, a tall freestanding fridge with freezer drawers, a dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you need. Around the old tree-trunk tables you dine together and linger over a good glass of wine. This floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom with bath and toilet.

Mezzanine (+2): sleeps 6
A staircase leads to the bright mezzanine, with 6 single beds in 2 sleeping areas (2 and 4 beds). Up in the roof, under the old beams, you sleep wonderfully. Ideal for children.

Mino floor (-1): sleeps 8
The stairs to the Mino floor start in the hall on the ground floor. This floor has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. 3 bedrooms have a double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The fourth bedroom has 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet and washbasin.

Games floor (-2)
The entire lower floor is set up for games: air hockey, table tennis, table football, darts and sjoelen.
