Enjoy the beautiful FL day & sunsets from the dock. Feeling adventurous? Explore the 2 nature preserves close to the house or take a ferry to North Captiva island.

BOATLIFT OCCUPIED AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE - please ask if you intend to bring a boat. The marina approximately a mile away has a boat ramp and permits overnight docking

Paradise Found, is a cozy and stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with open floorplan .Living room is equipped with comfortable and stylish furniture and a smart TV.

Master bedroom has a king size bed. Double sinks and shower.

Bedroom 2 has queen size bed.

Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed that opens into a two twin sized beds.

Screened in back patio with views of the water.

Propane Grill on back deck for use. Bikes and golf cart rental available on the island

Mini vaycay

We’ve rented this property a few times when family visits and it’s been great. Clean and convenient to my house. The water was not turned on when we family arrived, but thankfully the property owner responded at 11pm. House is super cute and very comfortable for a family of four. Great dock for fishing and nice patio to sit outside and avoid no-serums. Bring paper towels and hand soap (bottles there are mostly watered down.) directions for leaving are different on email vs the sign posted on kitchen island, so we just used judgement to leave as clean as possible. WiFi was useful and fridge cold, we did bring bags of ice instead of using trays in freezer. Beds comfy and rooms were nice. Lots of great restaurants nearby, great boating and kayaking. The mangroves are super close for kayaking. Quick paddle to hidden passageways and fun fishing! We rented a golf cart to avoid being in cars! Great spot for a little getaway or a season!

Location, neighborhood, house standards were all great. Sitting by the canal fishing couldnt be any easier. Whole family had a great week.

Beautiful waterfront home with all you need

The house is neat and very clean, equipped with everything you need for your stay. It is nicely decorated. The screened porch is great. There is even more privacy than we expected from the pictures because we thought the boat dock area was public, but it is private so you have all the canal and canal views to yourself. The owner is very responsive. The neighborhood is relaxed, a friendly vacation village with people in holiday mood. There are great kayaks for exploring the mangroves. The only thing old and broken were the bicycles, which were rusty and unusable. One hose broke while trying to get air. It was a shame because the area is great to ride a bike in. However, we had a blast of a time and would like to return.

This property was every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicated. Th only recommendation is blackout curtains for the bedrooms.

Wonderful Place!

We really enjoyed the house. It was very well appointed, had everything we needed. The house was super comfortable and relaxing. The owner was very responsive. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area!

We were surprised there were even games for the kids which we didn’t even see until we were checking out. We had an amazing time and already booked another stay.

The property was perfect as it is around the corner from a friends home. There was a large group in town to celebrate that friends birthday. If we go back and need a place to stay, that will be it!
