Your spacious home at the beach awaits you! Located 3 golf cart minutes from the private Harbor Island beach, this tastefully decorated home is situated on a lagoon with amazing wildlife and birds. The views are extensive from the top floor living area, a perfect place to enjoy the incredible sunsets. Enjoy the space, peace, and sanctuary this home offers, with use of an extended golf cart, 4 incredible decks ( 2 screened), and an elevator that runs to all 3 floors, for those who need a little more help with the stairs, or even your shopping/luggage. I also provide a Hunting Island pass for your use.

This house is located directly on a lagoon literally filled with wildlife, with two screened porches providing a prime, relaxing, viewing area.

The Master has its own private screened porch, a double shower and jetted tub!

The beds are soft, comfortable, and are dressed with fresh organic cotton sheets, white bedding, and soft towels. Hairdryers and lighted makeup mirrors are provided for your vacation use.

NOTE: we only calendar Saturday-Saturday stays during the summer, but if you have any specific requests please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Wifi, 55” 4K smarttv in family room, and smart TV’s in ALL of the bedrooms.
The beds are:
King-Queen-2 twins (and can add a third twin if needed)

I provide:
Dish liquid, sponge, paper towel roll, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, tide pods (inedible variety), and drier sheets. Oh, and toilet paper.

Coffee bar, kitchen essentials, new Tefal pans, sharp knives, crock pot from Jan 23!

The washer and drier are brand new.

All resort amenities (pool is seasonal) are included, although I have no control over their availability at any time.

Harbor island is a gated community and passes are required for every vehicle. The fees are below:
