For your holiday in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, we offer you this new apartment with a terrace, designed to accommodate up to six people. Located on the 4th and top floor (with lift), its undeniable charm asset is its large 28 m² balcony which offers you a magnificent unobstructed view. You will be in the front row to admire splendid sunsets and take your meals outdoors.

Inside, the living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen. You will find a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave and an induction hob to cook delicious meals. A dishwasher is also at your disposal to avoid this task. For breakfasts, you will find a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker.

The dining area will offer you a view of the outside thanks to the large bay window. To relax, a TV lounge will allow you to watch a good film or vibrate in front of sporting events. The sofa bed allows you to benefit from a bed for two people.

On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms. In the first, you will find a large Queen size bed (two 80 x 200 cm beds brought together) and access to the terrace. In the second, there are two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a towel dryer and a hair dryer.

A parking space is assigned to the accommodation in the garage.

気になった点 : 清潔度

Lieu agréable proche des plages, appartement fonctionnel grand balcon par contre très mauvais point pour le ménage l’appartement était vraiment sale j’ai du faire le ménage en arrivant, vider les poubelles du locataire précédent, déboucher le siphon de la salle de bain ce qui n’est vraiment pas agréable lorsque nous arrivons en vacances
