Beautiful contemporary and comfortable house from 2005, detached, of approximately 150 m², located in a residential area, at the end of a dead end, quiet, within walking distance of the village of St Gildas de Rhuys and its small shops, 700 m from the Grand Mont coastal path with its cliffs offering remarkable views of the islands of Houat, Hoëdic, Belle-Île-en-Mer and the Quiberon peninsula and its coves with crystal clear waters. The house comprises on the ground floor: entrance with cupboard (wardrobe and shelves), large space of 60 m² with its living room with fireplace and TV, 2nd small rattan living room and its American kitchen (dishwasher, combined oven/microwave, ceramic hob with 4 burners). Pantry (fridge with freezer compartment, dryer and washing machine), toilet with hand basin, cupboard (wardrobe and shelves). Master bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (2 x 80 cm mattresses) and en-suite shower room with closet (shelves and wardrobe).

In addition to the magnificent view, the Grand Mont site offers hiking trails, including the famous GR34, allowing you to discover the beauty of the region, with its rugged coastline and typical Breton coastal landscapes.
