Intérieurs en bon état . Meubles et décorations intérieurs extrêmes sales , dont le nettoyage n’est jamais fait. Les meubles et la maison regorgent d’accariens. En conséquence Séjour non terminé et partis plus tôt.

Super Lage,...aber

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse super und die Bade-, Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind toll. Aber: in den Schränken roch es modrig, die Wände sind im EG durchgehend schmutzig (mehr als nur ein Grauschleier) und es hat an vielen Stellen (Decke, Bilder, Fenster-/Türrahmen,…) Stockflecken. Das Haus empfanden wir als ungepflegt.Eine Zusammenstellung an Infos zum Haus und zur Umgebung gab es nicht. Internet war mit einer DT SIM-Karte nicht praktikabel nutzbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief im Vorfeld positiv proaktiv, vor Ort gut und schnell, einige reklamierte Mängel wurden zeitnah behoben.

Wir haben seit 1980(zuerst mit Kindern, später mit Enkeln) alle unsere Sommerferien in Kercambre zwei Häuser weiter verbracht bis 2021 der Eigentümer starb und seine Tochter/Erbin nicht mehr vermieten wollte. Deshalb waren wir überglücklich seit 2022 das noch viel größere und schönere Haus des M.Michel mieten zu können. Es gibt für uns keine schönere Lage , insb. zum Schwimmen und Spazieren (der Häuser direkt über dem Strand und des gesamten Orts St.Gildas-de-Rhuys) in der ganzen Bretagne, die wir natürlich in den vielen Jahren insgesamt erkundet haben.

Un site magnifique mais une maison qui mérite un gros entretien

Le site est magnifique, rien à re dire de ce côté là. Pour autant, cela ne peut suffire à justifier le pris de la location, certes il y a le cadre, mais à ce tarif là on attend un certain niveau de prestation qu'on ne trouve pas. Manque d'entretien flagrant, et ménage laissant vraiment à désirer, si vous faites tomber un objet au sol, ne regardez pas sous les meubles ! Tellement dommage....

bRETAGNE COMME IL FAUT

wir waren nicht nur von der Lage hingerissen (direkt am Meer nur über den chemin cotier, 100 m zum zauberhaften kleinen plage, wo man bei Ebbe u n d Flut schwimmen kann und 240 Grad Panoramablick), weil wir die schon kannten von 30 vorangegangenen Sommern in einem Nachbarhaus, das wegen Eigentümerwechsels leider nicht mehr vermietet wurde. Michels Haus ist aber noch größer und bestens ausgestattet, wohl damit auch für größere Familien alles da ist (Geschirr, Küchengeräte etc.), für die ja genügend Platz ist. Und uns hat natürlich auch die bretonische Möblierung und die Bilder an den Wänden gut gefallen,, weil wir genau wegen dieses Bretagnefeelings (außen u n d innen) seit 40 Jahren hierherkommen und nicht wie die jungen Leute (die früher andere Bewertungen abgegeben haben!) in der ganzen Welt die gleiche weiß/graue Einförmigkeit vorfinden wollen, die seit einiger Zeit Mode ist. Wenn es unsere Gesundheit erlaubt (1400 km Fahrt mit dem Auto sind halt weit!), würden wir das Haus gerne mehrmals im Jahr für mehrere Wochen mieten. Elisabeth Fehlhammer

Un très bon séjour.

Maison très bien située par rapport aux plages et à la côte. Au calme, avec un jardin clos. Ce sont ses atouts majeurs. L’équipement intérieur est néanmoins un peu vieillot et les parasols sur la terrasse à changer.(l’un d’eux était cassé à notre arrivée) .

La belle Bretagne

Une belle grande maison bien équipée qui peut accueillir 8 personnes sans problème. Le gîte était dans un état de propreté irréprochable à notre arrivée. La situation est conforme à la description sur le site, l'endroit est très tranquille et la vue imprenable sur la mer, les îles et la côte à 180°. Une belle adresse de vacances.

Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Très jolie vue et emplacement de la maison. Toutefois la maison est sale. Les murs on besoin d’être repeint. Les salles de bain sont moisies. Il faudrait refaire les joints et repeindre le plafond. C’est un peu dommage.

Maison dans un environnement calme qui bénéficie d'une magnifique terrasse.

Le point fort de la maison est son extérieur. La décoration mériterait d'être remise au goût du jour. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au cours duquel nous avons profité chaque jour, de cette sublime vue.

Peux mieux faire

- ménage non effectué ou partiellement fait donc toujours désagréable de faire le ménage dans une location à l'arrivée - Pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, faut attendre le lendemain pour prendre une douche, désagréable surtout après une journée de route - pas de verres à bière, pas de verre à ricard, 1 flûte à champagne, que des verres duralex à dispo........ - obligez d'acheter une rallonge et 1 multiprise pour éviter de brancher la bouilloire dans la salle de bain en même temps que le cafetière et le grille pain. - Odeur d'égout pendant 3 jours suite à orages. Les égouts débordent dans la mer à 50m de la location, très désagréable..... !!!!!!! - En synthèse, dommage pour ces remarques sur une location idéalement située, des détails facilement surmontables, qui cumulés ,viennent ternir le bon déroulement du séjour.

Vue magnifique sur la mer, maison simple agréable à vivre

Séjour très agréable, avec une vue incroyable sur la mer et un accès direct au sentier côtier. Aménagement et déco simple, mais confortable. Maison très exposée au vent, du coup impossible de profiter de la terrasse en mai. Arrivée facile et propriétaires disponibles par texto. Très belle région pour de grandes randonnées et la voile.

Emplacement de rêve

Emplacement de rêve, première ligne devant la mer, avec vue magnifique. Maison correcte, bien agencée, déco 'viellot' mais en bon état générale. Cuisine petite mais généralement bien équipée. Literie bonne, faut amener linge de lit. Quelques petits soucis à notre arrivé, mais après discussions, le proprietaire a réagit positivement, en trouvant des solutions parfaitement convenables. A noter, le mobilier de jardin est bien renouvelé et de bon qualité.

Tolle Lage, super Blick - aber...

Das Haus hat tatsächlich eine wunderbare Lage und herrlichen Blick. Aber das Mobiliar ist sehr "ältlich" und vernachlässigt (durchgesessene Sessel und Sofa), s. a. Fotos der Schlafräume..., ebenso die Ausstattung der Küche. Auch der tägliche muffige Geruch aus den Wasserrohren im Bad war sehr unangenehm - etwas mehr Pflege würde auch hier helfen. Zudem war das Bidet nicht verwendbar und die Waschmaschine in unsäglichem, dreckigen (lange Haare, etc.) Zustand. Insgesamt wirkt der Besitzer an allem sehr desinteressiert! Nicht zu vergessen dies nicht zu öffnende Haustür: dies war bereits VOR unserer Ankunft passiert, wir kamen also nicht ins Haus. Erst auf unsere telefonischeNachfrage gab es dann die Info, wir könnten ja durchs Fenster hineinsteigen...Die Tür blieb die ganze Wo unpassierbar und wir mussten ständig umständlich durch die Garage gehen (eine Zumutung!) Bei dem hier verlangten Preis kann man mehr erwarten!
