This accommodation has five bedrooms with four double beds; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a clean shower room; and a living room with a television, a sofa bed and a pleasant dining area.
Professional cleaning is done before and after each guest.

It is located 12 minutes by car from the center of town, where you will find: various bars, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, ski and mountain bike rental services, ski schools, chairlifts...
Its location will allow you to enjoy the mountain and all its activities in winter and summer!
You will stay 4 minutes by car from "Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc", a ski area with 55 km of slopes served by 15 lifts!

The Aquatic Center of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains is 11 minutes by car from the accommodation. This one allows a multitude of activities, namely: swimming pool, balneo, fitness, aquabike...
You will find the famous "Maison forte de Hautetour" at 13 minutes by car, which is one of the main attractions of the resort; and the "Office de Tourisme de Saint-Gervais-les-Bains" is at 12 minutes to discover other sites of interest not to be missed during your vacations.
