"Position of the hotel was great. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. We were given a ground floor room, and it just felt dingy and dark. Gave me the ick abit. However the room was clean and bed comfy. If we were in a higher room I think I would of felt very different, and we might of got one of the last rooms as we did not book until fairly recently. Overall I would not be put off from staying again."

Clean and comfortable room and a very nice breakfast. It would have been nice if we had been informed of the pool closure before our arrival. Well done Ibis Millau Viaduct "
