You can prepare tasty recipes in the fully-equipped kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.... to enjoy around the dining table.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses. The first bedroom has 1 x 90cm bed and the other bedrooms each have 1 x 140cm bed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double washbasin.
A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available in the laundry room.
Take advantage of the terrace or veranda and its barbecue for a convivial moment with family or friends!
The house is equipped with a water softener: not insignificant in our region.
You can park a car on the property. Street parking is free and easy.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
