65m² apartment on the 1st floor, without elevator, of a small co-ownership which was once an old forjet house dating from 1520. Access to the accommodation is via the beautiful and unique spiral stone staircase. The furnished apartment opens onto the spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area and the living room equipped with a real sofa bed, and for a stay in teleworking, the owners have set up an office space with very high-speed internet access. It has two bedrooms: 1 bed 140 / 2 beds 90 and a complete bathroom with shower, sink and WC. To make your stay even more pleasant, charges and heating are included, the beds are made upon your arrival. Free public parking on site. Situated in the foothills of the Monts du Lyonnais, in the center of St-Galmier, the "Les Roches" gîte, housed in a historic village building, boasts a modern and contemporary interior, perfectly equipped, and a charming view of the Monts du Forez. It's ideal for an authentic, cozy stay, whether you're a couple or a family. On-site, you'll find all the amenities you need: shops, restaurants, free parking, and more. Its prime location also makes it easy to reach St-Etienne and Montbrison, 20 km away, and access to the A72 motorway, 10 km away. Your hosts, Marilyne and Christian, will be delighted to welcome you to this comfortable furnished accommodation, in the heart of a village steeped in history and rich in heritage spanning the ages. St-Galmier also offers a wide range of leisure and sports facilities and is listed as "Les plus beaux détours de France" (The Most Beautiful Detours of France): the perfect destination for a vacation filled with discoveries!

Individuell und Mittendrin

Wir hatten eine ganz entzückende Wohnung in einem Gebäude aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, sehr liebevoll saniert und modern eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen - eine Flasche franz. Wein gab es noch dazu - sie war immer für uns erreichbar und alles lief wie besprochen. In Saint-Galmier bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf. Es gibt einige sehr gute Restaurants im Städtchen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele historische, sehenswerte Orte und Monumente zu sehen und ganz viel Natur. Wir waren total begeistert und haben vor, im nächsten Jahr wieder für zwei Wochen dorthin zu fahren.
