This charming 56 m² air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 2 people, is less than a kilometre from the beach in Saint-François, Guadeloupe. Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, two shower rooms and a terrace. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A ground-floor shower room with shower and WC.
- Mezzanine bedroom with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room with WC.
Exterior:
- A 37 m² corner balcony with furniture to make the most of fine weather and enjoy outdoor meals.
Communal area :
- A 600 m² swimming pool (shared, unheated) open all year round.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-François, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
