A spacious villa under the trade winds

For your stay, the villa les Poiriers de Guadeloupe is not far from the village of Saint François, the beach of Anse des Rochers, and Raisins Clairs. Here, we welcome you for holidays with friends or family.
Covering an area of 200 m² on a plot of 4000 m², this single-storey villa can accommodate 7 people in three comfortable and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with their own private shower room. space is luxury!

Recently renovated in a contemporary style, the villa Les Poiriers offers you high quality in terms of comfort and equipment.
Inside the villa, we took care of the decoration and the layout. The rooms, spacious and bright are open on the terraces, garden or pool.
Entering the villa you discover a beautiful living room and a sumptuous panorama of the pool. Advance on the terrace and you will have an irresistible desire to dive into the pool

The living room is open on the terrace, the modern kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room where sofas welcome you for a moment relaxation.

The rooms are bright and air-conditioned: you will pass
 excellent nights on comfortable bedding and hotel quality satin bedding. Each room is independent and has private bathrooms, washbasin, WC and walk-in shower.
We provide hotel quality bathroom linen and the villa also has an additional independent toilet.

But in Guadeloupe, it is on the terraces that you will fully enjoy your stay. Enjoy the trade winds and the beautiful view around you.
The terraces are shaded and well ventilated. You will have your meals on a beautiful table facing nature and the sea after enjoying a Ti Punch or a cocktail of fresh fruit in the "punch bar" of the pool and coffee in the comfortable outdoor lounge.

The beautiful 8x4m swimming pool lined with its tropical wooden deck will seduce you. You will relax in the deckchairs around the pool to unwind or devour the last price Goncourt. The pool is protected by an alarm.

Book this property with confidence. The house is beautiful and very clean. It is well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We just spent 1 very pleasant warm month and are hoping to return next year. The beds are comfortable with high quality sheets changed weekly. Cooking is easy as the pots and pans are of good quality. The swimming pool and outdoor space is wonderful daytime or evening. There is enough shade and a constant breeze to be very comfortable. The quality of the rental is thanks to Stéphane Marty, the Manager of the Villa. He is very conscientious, very helpful and easy to reach when needed. It is important to note that Guadeloupe has water challenges and one must conserve as only a limited amount is allocated to each residence. Location: A car is necessary. There is a bakery, Aléonard, about 5 minutes by car; a very nice beach, Raisins Clairs 6 minutes by car & a grocery store, Colliprix, just a few metres beyond the beach. Saint-François’s restaurants and shops are close by car. Villa Les Poiriers was a wonderful winter getaway! Hoping to visit again next year! thIng

Superbe maison !

Très belle maison ds un cadre verdoyant avec une très belle piscine ! Au calme et près de st François pour les courses et les très belles plages,nous avons adorés cette maison ! Peut être juste mettre un plus grand lit ds la troisième chambre. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la maison très agréable à vivre ! Nous reviendrons et recommandons cette maison .
