Beds are made on arrival and bed linen is included. Towels are available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed for an extra fee. The property features a wood stove, underfloor heating, and air conditioning (8 kWh/day included).



This duplex gîte spans the 1st and 2nd floors. It offers a spacious, bright living room with lounge area, wood stove, TV, and internet, plus a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, gas and ceramic hobs, dishwasher). Enjoy a 27 m² covered terrace, a small enclosed garden, barbecue, and outdoor furniture.



The first floor has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilet. Upstairs, three more bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) and a bathroom with toilet comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.
