This recently built (2017) and well-maintained property features a master bedroom with its own bathroom (shower) and toilet. Two bedrooms with double mezzanine beds, one of which also has a double sofa bed. One bedroom with a double bed (140/190 cm). A bathroom with two sinks and a shower. And a separate toilet. Well-equipped kitchen with seating for 10. Three-seater sofa, large coffee table, and armchairs. Outside, a large table (with extension) and ten chairs. Several sun loungers. Garden furniture and a griddle. Spa accessible only during the summer season. For single-night stays of more than 4 people, towels are not provided. Sheets are provided. IMPORTANT: A maximum of 4 cars can be parked. Do not park in the turning area, which allows neighbors to turn around to leave the development. Please park well in front of the garage.
