The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo offers this charming 80 m² apartment for rent, opposite Pen Guen beach, which can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a terrace overlooking beautiful green spaces. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The bright apartment is composed as follows:

Day area :
- 30 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped open kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee maker...
Sleeping area:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

Exterior:
- A south-east-facing terrace with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- Small west-facing terraces at bedroom level.
- A shared outdoor park with a petanque court.

For even greater comfort, you'll also have access to the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is located 2.5 km from the center of Saint-Cast and the Grande plage, but you can enjoy the magnificent Pen Guen beach directly opposite, in a very pleasant environment in a quiet neighborhood, ideal for family vacations. You'll be close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Hiking trails start just 100 meters from the apartment, allowing you to discover the Breton coast and countryside.
Whether you're a golf enthusiast or just curious, the Saint-Cast golf course welcomes you to the splendid scenery of the coast... Just 100 meters from the residence, a perfectly manicured green, an 18-hole link and a tête-à-tête with the beach, the sea, the cliffs, the dunes...
Enjoy the center of Saint Cast, with its shops, markets and entertainment. Go fishing on foot at Saint-Jacut de la Mer, visit Fort la Latte or Cap Fréhel, Dinard, Saint Malo.

Transportation:
- You can park directly in the residence's private parking lot at the back of the herringbone parking lot (apartment 204), with visitor parking also available near the garages.
- Nearest train station: Plancoët, about 15 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approx. 2h28 by car

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Marvellous, light and spacious ground floor apartment, VG wifi, parking place, five minutes stroll to the glorious beach. Excellent facilities, though very small WC! - and no extractor fan in either shower room or kitchen. One other thing: paying cash E58.00 to the local property manager for duvet cover, towels etc is not great for a class property, especially when they were only delivered at 8.45pm on the day of arrival.
