「house and location could be great except that hosts do not provide any help during stay even with urgent issues and communucation with host is circular and likely only AI driven. Door lock on the condo didnt work and during our 2 day stay nobody came to fix it in spite of false promises of service. I hope that in the future there will be somebody on the site that can do at least these very basic and essential repairs.」
