"This property needs a major refresh. The carpets are coming up at the seams in the hallways, walls look dirty, beds are like sleeping on boards and pillows are bricks. Probably a once beautiful place but now tired and old looking. Not a 4.5 star hotel by any means. Bathroom grouting is rough and the bathtub has patches where the finish has come off. Very few amenities. Property does not hold up to other Disney hotels unfortunately. I cannot fault the staff though. Super helpful and friendly!!"

"Conveniently located in Tsim Sha Trui areas. There are a lot of eateries and shopping around and lots of transportation choices from the hotel. The hotel provides excellent service and cleanliness. I would definitely stay there next time I visit HongKong."

"Clean, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool was nice. Walking distance to explorer's lodge. I just wish there's microwave inside the rooms but other than that room was great and comfortable beds. They clean up everyday."
