From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. I regretted not booking a longer stay - and would love to stay with them again if I were to return to the area.

This was my first time outside the USA and I couldnโ€™t have picked a better place. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Saga. We got the breakfast package and weโ€™re able to mix it up everyday. My wife and I tried almost everything and they were all delicious. They also have a fully stocked lounge with snacks, sodas, beer and even a small selection of liquor. Not speaking the language was no problem as they have iPads and use Google translate. I give it a 10 out of 10!!
