COTTAGE 100 M FROM LAKE VÄNERN***

We rent out our house in a fantastic location at Lake Vänern in Sweden, 100 m
from the swimming area. The house is located on the tip ”Värmlandsnäs” (40 km
from Säffle) surrounded by beautiful nature and offers a magnificent view on the
lake.
Here the beach is very child friendly; the water falls only very slightly. The lake is ideal for swimming and fishing. - A fishing license is not required.

Some years the water level is higher so that the sand is covered, but then there is the opportunity to lie on the large grassy area by the water.

FURNISHING AND EQUIPMENT:
2 BEDROOMS with comfortable beds (3 +2)
LIVING ROOM:
Comfortable seating, satellite TV with many foreign channels.

BATHROOM:
Hot and cold water, toilet and shower with massage jets and washer.

LARGE KITCHEN:
LAKE VIEW from the table (See photo) 2 refrigerators, stove with oven, freezer,
microwave, coffee machine and toaster.

OTHER:
We also have a Motorboat with 15 HP and a very fuel-efficient 4- stroke engine,
which you can rent for 200 Euros per week.

To Ekenäs it is 1 Km, where you can find the beautiful restaurang Ekenäs.

For the children there is a playground and Boat trips depart daily during the summer to Lurö. http://www.lurobaten.se/

Along the southern see line there is a very nice walking path along the water.
And when the blueberries are ripe, you can immediately pick some.

Een woning die er staat qua karakter, midden in het groen waar de tijd blijft stilstaan, we hadden er de tijd van ons leven qua rust en natuur. Elanden, reeën, vos, eekhoorn, kraanvogels, das, arenden, noem maar op. Plaats was er ook genoeg met zo een ruime keuken en kamers . Het ontvangst was warm en hartelijk, de eigenaars voelen aan alsof je ze al jaren kent, vrienden die geen moeite schuwen om alles tot een goed einde te brengen en u de vakantie van u leven te bezorgen. Ik ga er zeker terug 😉

Hervorragender Erholungswert

Ein rundum gelungenes Feriendomizil - für Leute die es ruhig mögen und für die 40 Km einfache Wegstrecke zum Einkaufen kein Problem darstellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir hatten als 4-köpfige Familie eine super schöne Zeit bei Henrick und Anja. Vielen Dank dafür!

ein authentisches Schwedenhäuschen in einer unschlagbar tollen Lage

Als wir ankamen, konnten wir erst gar nicht glauben, dass dieses schöne Schwedenhäuschen, das auf einer kleinen Anhöhe in der Sonne stand, für die nächsten 7 Tage unser zu Hause sein würde. Es ist von einem riesigen offenem Grundstück umgeben, auf dem man einen super Ausblick auf den See und immer Sonne hat. Um das Häuschen herum wurden wundervolle Blumen angepflanzt, die in vielen Farben blühen. Zum See geht es auf einem kleinen Pfad durch das Grundstück (ca.100m). Dort gibt es einen großen, wenig frequentierten Sandstrand mit sehr flach abfallendem Wasser, Bänke und einem Grillplatz. Noch ein kleines Stück weiter liegt das Boot am Steg. Gleich neben dem Haus gibt es einen schönen Wanderweg zum Hafen nach Ekenäs mit wirklich wundervollen Aussichten auf die Schärenküste. Wenn man die sehr selten befahrene Straße (hört nach dem Grundstück aufnimmt), kommt man in ca. 1 Kilometer zum idyllisch gelegenen Hafen Ekenäs. Dort gibt es auch eine kleine Verkaufsstelle mit Imbiss und man kann sich Boote und Fahrräder ausleihen. Das Häuschen von Henrik und Anja ist perfekt, um vom Alltag abzuschalten und die "Seele baumeln zu lassen". Man muss aber auch wissen, dass es, um Sehenswürdigkeiten in Schweden zu erkunden, doch etwas abseits liegt. Das wussten wir und wollten es so. Wir waren aber auch schon recht oft in Schweden und haben vieles schon gesehen. Im Haus wurde einrichtungsmäßig das meiste so gelassen, wie es früher einmal war. Haushaltsgeräte, Toilette und Dusche sind neu. Aber das hat irgendwie auch Stil, typisch schwedisch. Das Haus ist lichtdurchflutet, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Ein Highlight war für uns die abendliche "Elchsafari" mit Henrik. Er ist mit uns mitgefahren und hat uns Stellen gezeigt, an denen man die Elche sehen kann. Wir haben an diesem Abend 8 Elche gesehen. Ein paar Tage später fuhren noch einmal allein los und sahen 14 Elche! Die Rehe konnten wir direkt auf dem Grundstück sehen. Am Steg, an dem das Boot liegt, gibt es einen Biber. Auch den sahen wir mehrmals, abends auch auch vom Strand aus auf dem See schwimmen. Alles in allem möchten wir uns noch einmal für den herzlichen Empfang, die informativen Gespräche und überhaupt für die tolle Woche bedanken! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Dejlig naturoplevelse i fredelige omgivelser

Der er tale om et ældre hus, som er overraskende rummeligt. Vi opholdt os mest i det traditionelt indrettede køkken, der virkede som husets naturlige samlingspunkt. Beliggenheden er meget fin, med kort afstand til Vänern, og alligevel lidt tilbagetrukket og beskyttet. Området er en perle for alle naturentusiaster. Søen og skærgården er den oplagte attraktion, og vi kan anbefale en tur i kajak, og en dagstur med færgen til Lurö. Mere overraskende var det, at selve Värmlandsnæsset har en mangfoldighed af store pattedyr. Jeg har sejlet i kano i Värmland og Dalsland i ugevis, og aldrig set en elg. Men her så vi elge hver dag, og på én aftenstur så vi ræv, grævling, hjorte og ikke mindre end 7 elge på forskellige steder. Min største fortrydelse er derfor, at jeg hverken havde fotostativ eller teleobjektiv med :-) Lasse - Færøerne

Erholung pur in einer Traumlage am Vänern

Die angegebene Beschreibung sagt einfach alles - Ferienhaus direkt am See in einer Traumlage, Natur pur, perfekt für Angler, Spaziergänger/Wanderer und Naturliebhaber, erholsam, absolut ruhig - einfach Schweden wie es im Bilderbuch zu finden ist. Dazu ein schönes Boot, welches man mieten kann (und sollte) außerdem sehr freundliche, nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter, die rundum bemüht sind, den Aufenthalt einfach nur genießen zu lassen. Das Haus ist einfach, freundlich, geräumig, mit allen Notwendigen ausgestattet, große TK-Truhe, deutsche TV-Kanäle, Gartenmöbel und Grill. Das Gartengrundstück sehr gepflegt und dennoch naturbelassen. Abendliche Wild- und Elchbeobachtungen hausnah inklusive. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Alleinlage mit traumhafter Rundumsicht

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in diesem typischen süßen Schwedenhäuschen, das auf einem etwas erhabenen Grundstück mit grandioser Aussicht liegt. Das Haus entspricht voll den gezeigten Fotos und uns - Ehepaar mit kleinem Hund - fehlte nichts an Annehmlichkeiten. Der See mit seiner flachen Badestelle ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Auch zum Hafen von Ekenäs ist es ein gemütlicher Spaziergang gewesen - entweder an den Feldern entlang mit weitem Blick und Ausschau nach Elchen oder den Küstenweg durch den kleinen Wald - Waldbeeren naschen unterwegs inklusive. Es hat uns so gut gefallen - wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
