The house was very clean, nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The owner responded back right away to any questions I had. I will definitely stay here again.

I checked in, and there was hair in the sinks. There was around the tub in the bathtub. There was dirt on the stairs on the rugs, dog hair, the rugs and everything were not the rugs in the pictures. The pictures of the backyard were different. There was no outdoor couches or anything.

This house was great and exactly what we needed. Our house was being renovated and we had to move out completely for 5 days. We packed up what we can to include our 2 dogs, 1 Rottweiler and 1 Frenchie. Even though the backyard was a little small for the dogs to move around the park was a 1 min walk away. Everything was so close and convenient. The house was clean and everything was in great working condition. The owner answered any questions we had and was easy to communicate with. Thanks for everything!

North Natomas

Quiet neighborhood and nice place to stay! Close to the event some of us were attending downtown, but in a nice peaceful neighborhood location. Excellent spot for anyone that likes to walk, run, or bike. Would definitely stay here again.

Yes, the property was welcome to pets. There were some issues with cleanliness in terms of the stove having grease splatter on it and utensils being dirty (and needing a wash). There were also lights that didn't work. But, these are all fixable problems and nothing serious. Overall, it's a good place to rent. It's in a good location, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there are nice walking trails nearby.

The house was very dirty when we arrived. We spent a significant amount of time cleaning and even had to go out and purchase cleaning supplies ourselves. The bathrooms had urine stains, and the floors were extremely dirty.We were unable to use anything in the kitchen because there was dog hair everywhere, including on the sofas and tables. We had to clean the entire house ourselves because the conditions were unacceptable, and we no longer had enough time to look for alternative accommodations.In addition, the closet was filled with dog-related items and had a very unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness of the property was far below expectations and made our stay extremely uncomfortable.

Great place to stay

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat, with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants within 5 miles.

Outstanding stay- great location + great home!

This was the perfect 4 night stay while we were in town for a swim meet. Location was perfect— centrally located in lovely neighborhood w parks & trails. House was spotless and well stocked. Donovan was an outstanding host— very responsive if we had questions. Would definitely stay here again!

It was a decent spot for quick sac trip. House could use a deep professional clean and some updates/ touch ups. It was a detached town house with good amount of space for family and well stocked.

Pros: Good Location, safe neighborhood, spacious for our family, easy check in, bathrooms seem to be newly remodeled.Cons: House was NOT clean. Floors were dirty, we swept upon arrival. Kitchen cabinets and drawers are dirty with crumbs, silverware was not clean, and pans were badly stained. The non-leather couch was also dirty and worn. We changed all bedding-sheets/pillow cases, they did not seem to be clean. They had stains and pet hair. My husband went to the store to buy Lysol spray. There is a large splatter on the wall of one of the bedrooms- not sure what it was. There were NO bath towels. The only towels were 2 towels in each restroom which were the ones hanging to dry hands after washing. We stayed 2 nights, we're a family of five who shared 4 towels to bathe and dry hands. Host said the previous guests destroyed the towels and they would be replaced for the next guests. We would not recommend this place- mainly due to uncleanliness. The house does not seem like it is cleaned professionally. I shared some pictures- I mainly took video upon arrival, therefore some pics aren't as clear.

Great location, nice living room and comfortable beds

The owner/manager was great to communicate with; the location was great and the beds were nice. Products inside the give for soap abs washing dishes were poor quality- seemed watered down. We had to re-wash cleaned dishes before using them. The living room space was nice and nice to eat outside on the patio!

Property was well maintained. Host was amazing. I needed early check-in and he was able to accommodate us. He responded to my questions within the hour (if not sooner). There were 3 couples, all driving. Parking was a little less than desirable. Only one car in driveway. Overall, experience was excellent. I would rent this property again.

This place was absolutely disgustingly dirty, it was so bad we had to leave, hair and stains in the bed, food crumbs everywhere, everything was sticky and dirty. Now the owner won’t refund the money we spent. Stay away from this place!!

Cheap group travel- you get what you pay for

We needed a place for 5 of us to crash for 8 hours before we flew out of the Sac airport. The house was conveniently located. The bedding and towels didn’t smell clean, and the house was not cleaned very well, and the beds were very uncomfortable. Communication with the host was very quick and helpful- but was only needed because the door code wasn’t in the informational email where it should have been. It got the job done, but wasn’t an enjoyable stay.
