This studio is built above the main residence. Each space has its own private entrance and own amenities so you will NOT be sharing any space with the main house. While thoughtfully insulated, you may occasionally hear light movement below during normal daytime hours.

■ As a reminder, no smoking is allowed at our property. If we discover that a guest has smoked in our home, they will incur a $250 charge to cover the costs of cleaning the property.
