The therapy pool is WONDERFUL! Note room occupants are limited to 1 hour of pool usage per night booked, bring your own flip-flop/slippers and swimming cap, those are required, or you will have to buy them

Quartos bonitos e confortáveis, áreas comuns do hotel frias e pouco agradáveis, bom restaurante, se trocassem as luzes frias por luzes quentes resolviam metade do problema. Ridículo o ter q se marcar para ir à piscina, o q origina q vá depois toda a gente tomar banho no quarto ao mesmo tempo e a água ficou fria

Hotel en plena naturaleza y con servicios termales al lado, piscina interior termal excelente. Restaurante del hotel muy bueno, tanto para cenar como desayuno. Los servicios principales son el restaurante y termas. Bar algo pequeño y sin area de estar. Las habitaciones algo pequeñas y la disposicion del baño delante de las camas, parcialmente abierto, no proporciona total privacidad si viajas con amigos o en trabajo. Hotel ideal para hacer caminadas, paseos en bici o servicios termales. No hay nada al rededor, un poco aislado. Cobertura de red móvil muy debil, solo compensada por el wi-fi del hotel. Recomendable si viajas en pareja u en família y te interesa servicios termales o actividades en la naturaleza. El Restaurante es totalmente recomendable.

Poderia ter sido melhor

Pontos negativos: O pequeno-almoço deveria ter produtos da região. A qualidade do mesmo deixa um pouco a desejar para um hotel de 4* (Sumos de pacote, qualidade do queijo, ...). No quarto em que ficámos, a partir das 7.30 da manhã era impossível dormir mais com a quantidade de luz que entrava pela janela, mesmo com os cortinados fechados. Pontos positivos: A piscina é muito relaxante. Toda a equipa do hotel. Todos extremamente simpáticos e prontos para ajudar e proporcionar uma melhor estadia.

O quarto 101 é afetado pelo barulho constante das condutas do ar condicionado assim como o extractor das casas de banho. O quadro eléctrico também fazia muito ruído, tive que desligar no geral.

The hotel is really nice for who wants to relax and disconnect. Good rooms and clean. The staff is very nice and restaurant is good enough. The pool is fantastic. Somethings to improve is having some fruit salad during breakfast, some nuts and that kind of stuff. Other juices would be nice also. We had a buffet on one dinner but the food was cold unfortunately. Another thing is that we should have more places to hang stuff in the room. Being a place where going to the pool is common, not having several place to hang towels and robe is a must and only 2 places is not enough for stuff to dry. Thank you for the experience.

No maintenance = No future

Not being the first or second stay at this location, I've noticed a lack of maintenance of the facilities. Mainly on the main pool where some tiles are missing and can be dangerous and some of the pool commodities have not been working for some time, even some of the lights. Outside you can see broken solar panels that have been like that for months and some garbage accumulation particularly outside the auditorium. In the rooms the maintenance is also an issue, or at least not competent enough. You can see wood panels coming loose and some even bolted in an amateur way to say the least... Some of the glass doors are not easily operated. In spite of all of these maintenance issues, the stay can be quite agreeable and relaxing.

Pasamos solo un día en este hotel pero nos dio tiempo a disfrutar de la estupenda piscina y del restaurante que recomendamos. Llegamos cansadísimos y agradecimos la rapidez en el check in y poder entrar a la habitación antes de la hora fijada. La cama estupenda y un baño original bien equipado, incluso te proporcionan albornoz y toalla para la piscina.
