「Het huis is prachtig, het zwembad is fraai maar het is niet geschikt voor personen met een rolstoel. De omgeving (Sezze, Latina, Rome en Napels) is prachtig. Jammer is het continue geblaf van erg veel honden.」

「Two fantastic weeks in a truly beautiful location - surrounded by old olive trees and overlooking the LePini mountains. A lovely and considerate welcome from the owner who had kindly provided a fridge full of food and drink to get our holiday off to a good start. Always accessible and informative but very discrete - we hardly saw the owners around the property - really only when we needed to speak to them. Very comfortable and unique property - fabulously large pool. Cannot recommend this...

「The property is in a rural location offering seclusion, peace and quiet amongst absolutely stunning surroundings of tree-lined hills. The property consists of two buildings, each with two bedrooms. The main building is very spacious and offers a large, open-plan kitchen, dining-room, living room area complete with TV and table-football table. 「We loved our stay. Giancarlo gave us very good support upfront, and he’s always reachable. The fully equipped property was perfect for our family of four. Our children lloved the garden with lemon tree and the bicycles that are available for the guests. 」

「Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. The site is magnificent, high up on a hillside with wonderful views. The garden and terraces are planted with many different plants and trees, making for interesting exploring. There is a pool and shaded activities area also, so something for everyone’s interest. The house is well appointed with a lovely shaded patio on which to sit and enjoy the views. Beds were comfortable and the house has everything you need. Terracina has a lovely beach and good...

「Der Besitzer ist sympathisch u hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist unproblematisch. Die Umgebung ist ruhig u das Haus ist schön für eine Familie mit Kids u Hundchen, auch nicht weiter vom Wasser weg. Es gibt vielen Supermärkte in der Nähe. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche dort verbracht.」

「Villino traanquillo situato all'interno del parco del Circeo. Ottimo per chi apprezza le coste rocciose raggiungibili a piedi in 10 minuti ( Per raggiungere le spiagge con sabbia occorre l'auto). La casa dispone di molti accessori. Non sono presenti però wi.fi e aria condizionata (non è stata comunque necessaria durante il nostro soggiorno a luglio)」

「Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten.」

「Ein sehr privates ruhiges Plätzchen inmitten der Natur mit allem, was man braucht, umgeben von ausgesprochen freundlichen Gastgebern. Man benötigt das Auto zum Strand und auch zum Einkaufen. Aber der Weg dorthin über Serpentinen mit phantastischem Meerblick lohnte sich an jedem Tag.」

Points forts : loueurs sympathiques et serviables, petit jardin bien ombragé, très grands rangements, moustiquaires, plage à proximité immédiate et crucial pour nous (!) plage pour chiens vers lido dei pini. Petites faiblesses : stationnement sur la voie publique parfois un peu difficile, absence de wifi, absence de climatisation,route très passante.」

「Siamo stati 15 giorni con la mia famiglia. Per chi ama il Circeo questa villa è incantevole. La posizione a 300 metri dal mare, super spaziosa, una cucina grande e attrezzata. Infine uno splendido parco che circonda la proprietà. La casa è arredata con cura, il che lo rende un posto da vivere e rispettare. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e super disponibili. Torneremo sicuramente , scelta top.」

「Wir haben es sehr genossen in dem gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine Woche zu verbringen. Es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Der Garten war sehr liebevoll gepflegt. Die Billardplatte im Keller war täglich über Stunden in Benutzung. Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Die Wege zum Meer und zur Eisdiele waren sehr kurz. Rundum hat es uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen.」

「Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa struttura per 4 notti. Ringraziamo molto per l’ospitalità che ci è stata offerta. Location molto bella per staccare dalla città. Un tocco in più al nostro soggiorno è stato dato dalla sauna e la vasca idromassaggio che abbiamo potuto utilizzare a nostro piacimento. Consigliamo Vivamente questa struttura」
